Hi, I'm Dustin.
I'm the person who actually picks up the phone at Clear Data Solutions. I've been doing IT work for 25 years — long enough to have met just about every blinking light, mystery error message and "but it worked yesterday" there is.
Over those years I've trained and worked in networking, cybersecurity, Active Directory management, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and mobile device management (MDM). I'm just as happy up a ladder mounting a Wi-Fi access point or security camera as I am setting up a new computer or locking down an email account.
What hasn't changed in 25 years: I explain things in plain English, I show up when I say I will, and I won't sell you something you don't need. When you call Clear Data Solutions, you get me — not a ticket number.
